Boot Camp/ Group Strength Training
This class is so much better than just going to the gym. When you’re at the gym, no one is really watching or paying attention to your efforts. Although I don’t yell, I do keep you on track to using your full potential for calorie burn. There is no reason to waste time! Most of my clients see a 4-6 pound difference in their first month. This class has it all: cardio, strength, abs, and good music!
We end the class with our circuit workout of 5-10 difference exercises that we repeat 4 times. Yes you are technically doing strength, but without resting you are also getting in a lot of cardio. Doing this jump starts your metabolism as well as keeps you burning all day long. Boot camp is essentially personal training in a group setting: I teach form, how to breathe, and most of all, how to push yourself. This class is for all ages and sizes and any exercise can be modified to suit your needs!
In this class, we are all family! Come join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6-7am. Here we focus on cardio, abs, and circuit training to build muscle and increase lean body muscle. I always encourage my class to use heavier weights in order to stay strong and to improve their ability. I focus on having good form and like to gently encourage everyone to do a little more each day. The class is very friendly, especially to new people. We use dumbbells, TRX, bands, and a lot of other fun and creative ways to break a good sweat! The class is $149/month and works like a gym membership. This includes 12 classes per month!
BURN CLASS
This class is a fully online class (while dealing with Covid) on Zoom and uses your body weight and whatever you have around the house for the ultimate workout BURN! Contact me for the link for Zoom, you can try the first class for free! This class is a fusion of a pilates, barre and slider workout that focuses on Upper body and abs for Monday and lower body on Friday. Class times are 5:30pm and can be recorded and emailed at a later date. Price is $12/person.

This program is made to build muscle, focus on body recomposition, gain confidence with lifting weights. Each month is different but the programming is focused on getting better and better with each lift. The platform is all online and can be accessed through the website or app. We will always switch it up with different style workouts but always hit all body parts to help you feel challenged and strong.
