Starts 9/1 - This is a 20 week program half marathon training program designed for runners who are training for the Dumbo Challenge races at the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend. All runners of any experience, any race entry and either virtual or in person are welcome to join this wonderful community. In this program you will find: 3 days of strength training 3-4 run days planned out including pace suggestions and speed work. We also provide mobility, foam rolling, runner's yoga specifically made for this program and monthly zoom check ins.
