Dopey to Dumbo - Running Training Program
PROGRAM STARTS 9/1- This is a 25 week program designed for runners who are training for Dopey to Dumbo at the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend to the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend, or any distance at Marathon Weekend. (You can be doing any combo races of these two weekends). All runners of any experience, any race entry and either virtual or in person are welcome to join this wonderful community. In this program you will find: 3 days of strength training 3-4 run days planned out including pace suggestions and speed work. We also provide mobility, foam rolling, runner's yoga specifically made for this program and monthly zoom check ins. You do NOT have to be specifically Dopey or Dumbo to join, but doing a race from each weekend as we will handle training a touch differently than doing only one race weekend.
