Run Fit Fab Sculpt and Soar
This program is designed for runners who are looking to build strength, improve body composition, learn how to follow macros and support one another in the process. Over 6 months we will work together to learn how to effectively integrate strength training to make this the strongest year yet while sharing knowledge in the cohort, motivation and accountability.
We will be starting 2/1 and ending the program on 7/1. This does not include Run Strong coaching but if you are interested in pairing this with a program at a later date for race prep, that is doable.
We will learn to build lean muscle mass to improve overall body composition as we prepare for races.
Increase strength and power to enchase running performance and prevent injury.
Cultivate a supportive community where runners motivate and learn from each other.
Gain a deeper understanding of the relations between strength training and running and how it will help you overall.
4-5 weekly strength workouts with a weekly check in group zoom to do form checks, chat and talk recipes.
