$109.00 every month for 6 months

This program is designed for runners who are looking to build strength, improve body composition, learn how to follow macros and support one another in the process. Over 6 months we will work together to learn how to effectively integrate strength training to make this the strongest year yet while sharing knowledge in the cohort, motivation and accountability.

  • We will be starting 2/1 and ending the program on 7/1. This does not include Run Strong coaching but if you are interested in pairing this with a program at a later date for race prep, that is doable.

  • We will learn to build lean muscle mass to improve overall body composition as we prepare for races.

  • Increase strength and power to enchase running performance and prevent injury.

  • Cultivate a supportive community where runners motivate and learn from each other.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the relations between strength training and running and how it will help you overall.

  • 4-5 weekly strength workouts with a weekly check in group zoom to do form checks, chat and talk recipes.
