Training for 19.3 miles!

Hey everyone! If you’re following me on Instagram, you have noticed that I’m training for my next runDisney challenge, the Fairy Tale Challenge which is 19.3 miles in sunny Orlando! When training for a challenge, you need to run back to back days to get your body used to being up and going days in a row. When I trained for the Dopey Challenge, I ran every Thursday-Sunday without fail.
