As part of Kristin’s running group I managed to complete my very first half marathon! Once you’ve landed on a program, add it to your cart and purchase. Once you do, you will receive your onboarding instructions.

Every month you will have 4 workouts per week uploaded to your personal profile where you can comment, ask questions, and submit feedback videos for me to check your form.
